Lindsay oversees all operations of the firm, and especially enjoys creating new firm efficiencies utilizing technology advancements. She has extensive experience and expertise in tax-efficient investment/portfolio management as well as in financial planning strategies relating to business owners, women, and university faculty/administrators.
Considering only 23% of Certified Financial Planner™ professionals are women, Lindsay is passionate about mentoring + encouraging young women entering the male-dominated industry, and is extremely proud of the diversified make-up of the E&G team.
Lindsay graduated with Honors from Texas Tech University, completing a degree in Personal Financial Planning (summa cum laude). Lindsay grew up in Wyoming, studied in Texas, lived abroad in Spain, and worked in Miami before settling in Athens, Georgia + founding Elwood & Goetz. Her interests outside of the office include all-things-technology, the art of organization, and historic preservation.
