Emily Hamryka

As an associate financial planner, Emily meets and communicates with clients and supports her planning team as part of our firm's comprehensive financial planning process. Specifically, she helps develop financial plans, monitor the implementation of investment strategies, and fulfill clients' service requests. Emily truly enjoys connecting with her clients and is honored to be a part of their journey to financial fulfillment.

Prior to joining Elwood & Goetz in 2020, Emily graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in financial planning. During her time at UGA, she was an executive officer with the Student Financial Planning Association.

She previously served as a financial counselor at UGA’s ASPIRE Clinic, which offers pro bono financial counseling services, and helped provide no-cost tax preparation assistance for low-income families in Athens through the VITA program.

In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
