Kali is an Associate Financial Planner at Elwood & Goetz, where she plays an integral role in delivering highly personalized and values-based financial guidance. With a thoughtful, client-first mindset, Kali is passionate about helping individuals and families use their resources with intention—ensuring that every financial decision reflects what matters most to them. She brings empathy, precision, and a strong sense of purpose to her work, empowering clients to live more confidently, meaningfully, and securely.
Kali’s academic and professional accomplishments are matched by her extraordinary drive: at just 20 years old, she became one of the youngest individuals in the country to pass the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® examination and graduate with a degree in financial planning—demonstrating not only deep technical knowledge but also an exceptional commitment to the profession.
At Elwood & Goetz, Kali works directly with clients to create customized financial plans, optimize their investment strategies, and support them through life’s many transitions. She is especially passionate about helping clients navigate big-picture questions: “What does financial security look like for me?” “Am I using my money in a way that reflects my values?” “How can I make more intentional, sustainable decisions about my future?” Kali considers it a privilege to help people find answers to these questions—and to walk alongside them as a trusted partner through every stage of life.
Kali earned her bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, one of the nation’s top-ranked financial planning programs. While there, she demonstrated both leadership and technical excellence—serving as president of the Personal Financial Planning Association and competing as a member of the first-place team in the prestigious national FPA Financial Planning Challenge. Kali was also deeply involved in campus and community financial education efforts, volunteering with Red to Black Peer Financial Coaching and Knowledge Empowering You. Through these programs, she helped fellow students and Lubbock-area residents improve their financial literacy and build stronger money habits.
Outside of the office, Kali enjoys attending live music events, solving jigsaw puzzles, exploring the outdoors on walks, and spending quality time with friends and family. She’s also a loyal Texas Tech Red Raiders fan, cheering them on with the same spirit and enthusiasm she brings to her work with clients.
