Vincent Clark, CFP®, EA

Vincent Clark joined Elwood & Goetz in June 2022, adding seven years of wealth management experience to the firm’s advisory team. As a senior wealth advisor in E&G’s Atlanta office, he helps oversee client relationships and supports a team of advisors in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families.

Prior to joining E&G, Vincent served as a senior financial analyst for a national asset management firm and as a comprehensive financial advisor for an independent financial planning firm in the greater Atlanta area.

Throughout his career, Vincent has developed deep expertise in comprehensive wealth management for C-suite executives and high net worth SMB entrepreneurs, with specialized experience in tax planning and equity compensation strategies. In addition to holding the prestigious Certified Financial Planner™ designation, Vincent is also an Enrolled Agent, the highest credential awarded by the Internal Revenue Service.

His path to financial planning is unique. While Vincent was solidifying his major and career aspirations, his younger brother was rising through the ranks as a track athlete, ultimately landing on the AAU Junior Olympic circuit. Forecasting a successful and lucrative athletic career for his brother, Vincent wanted to be able to provide him with sound financial and investment advice. As he dove into the field of financial planning, his passion for the profession deepened, and his original desire to help his family grew into a career opportunity to help even more people.

Vincent is a graduate of the University of Georgia (‘15), where he earned his bachelor’s degree in financial planning. He is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and has previously served on UGA’s Financial Planning Alumni Advisory Board.

True to their city, Vincent and his wife, Adiya, love live music. They spend much of their free time concert hopping and taking in the scenes of music festivals across Atlanta. Vincent is also a dedicated sports fan — dominating in his Fantasy Football league and always rooting for his hometown teams and, most importantly, his alma mater. Go Dawgs!
